Chair — how we love to hate thee. And we hate to love thee. But if we have to do ye, we better do ye correctly.
In the BAD CHAIR, Grace is pulling away from the bar (making it easier and less effective). In the GOOD CHAIR, she has shifted her knees over her ankles which shifts the weight into her thighs for some amazing THIGH ELONGATION & heart-rate-raising action!
