Joints — keep them safe, kids!

How do you like YOUR joints? We like ’em SAFE! Bar Method exercises are safe for your joints (and our teachers help you to be in good form further ensuring your safety!). This is not only reassuring but a reason to rejoice because JOINT SAFETY= ACCELERATED TONING!! Wait… whaaat?? It’s true! When your joints sense that they are not safe, they send a signal to the surrounding muscles to not allow change to take place. With OUR workout, your joints are safe and therefore your muscles quickly increase in strength and length. Sculpt, baby, sculpt!
