USE YOUR HEAD!

TUESDAY TIP: Use your head! Your head is heavy (especially if you’re Dark Helmet, pictured on the left!). If you use your head properly, its weight can actually work for you. Keep your head over your spine when you’re in an upright position (i.e., thigh-work). Your head weighs 8-10 lbs and when you drop it forward 60 degrees, it weighs 6X more! Aligning your head over your spine will not only save your back, but you will be putting the weight of your head to good use by sculpting everything below it!
